Theo Walcott - Arsenal - F

Youngster Theo Walcott gets a rare start at home against Wigan.

Walcott has the potential to be a fantasy stud when he starts playing regularily. However that doens't look like it's going to be this year.

Kevin Nolan - Bolton - M

Bolton's Kevin Nolan bagged the second goal in his team's 2-1 win against Fulham.

Nolan goal comes as Big Sam publically expressed worries that Nolan is looking to leave the club in order to improve his international standing. Nolan might get hot in the next few weeks trying to prove his worth to England boss Steve McClaren.

Nolberto Solano - Newcastle - M

Nolberto Solano has given Newcastle a lead at St. James Park against Liverpool. He slotted home the penalty after a John Arse Riise penalty.

I've never been big on Solano as a fantasy option but if he's going to be taking the penalties, he might be someone to consider.

Didier Drogba - Chelsea - F

Didier Drogba has another goal to lead chasers Chelsea to a 1-0 advantage over Middlesbrough.

Except Arsenal striker Thierry Henry, there's no one I'd rather have in my sqaud in the forward position right now.

UPDATE: Drogba has another goal to give Chelsea a much-needed win.

Obi Martins - Newcastle - F

Obi Martins strikes again leveling the match against Liverpool. 1-1.

Martins has been one of the most prolific strikers in the Premier League over the last two months. It'll be interesting to see how he links up with Michael Owen, if and when, the former Liverpool man comes back this season.

Craig Bellamy - Liverpool - F

Former Newcastle castoff Craig Bellamy has beaten his old team to give Liverpool a 1-0 lead at St. James Park.

Rafa Benitez gave Bellamy the start ahead of Peter Crouch and also decided against the three striker formation he's used recently. Bellamy has been a constant threat in recent games.

Andrew Johnson - Everton - F

Everton striker Andy Johnson bags the first goal at Goodison Park. Assist from Arteta.

Johnson has been getting many chances for Everton but just few goals have gone recently. Considering he's Everton's best (and really only) true striker options means he could see a successful final three months.

Louis Saha - Manchester United - F

Louis Saha is back in the starting XI for the first time in a month. He and Rooney should have a field day against strugglers Charlton

Saha has cooled considerable since a red-hot first half of the year. If he's truely over his injuries and can reclaim the striker spot, he can again be a great fantasy option over the last couple months.

Ji-Sung Park - Manchester United - M

The seldom used Korean Ji-Sung Park is starting in place of Ronaldo Saturday. Park has been the most active player in the first 10 minutes at Old Trafford.

Park is not a real fantasy option unless United see some major injuries.

Jermaine Jenas - Tottenham - M

Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas took just two minutes to get in the scoring column. It's a goal for Spurs.

Jenas has been a hot-and-cold fantasy option -- mostly cold -- all year. He's hard to rely on with all his injuries and considerable competition for a starting spot.

Cristiano Ronaldo - Manchester United - M

Star midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo is out of Saturday's game with a "heavy cold."

Obviously, Sir Alex doesn't think he needs his star midfielder against struggling Charlton at Old Trafford.

Chris Kirkland - Wigan - G

Wigan boss Paul Jewell revealed Saturday that he pulled keeper Chris Kirkland out of a possible start for England against Spain on Wednesday. Jewell said keeping Kirkland fit for a relagation battle was too important to risk on the international game.

Jewell says Kirkland is fine with the decision. We'll see. The keeper has a slight shoulder injury but will start against Arsenal. He might be a good almost no-cost option after he battles the Gunners.

Leroy Lita - Reading - F

Reading striker Leroy Lita failed to continue his personal hot streak even though his team picked up another impressive win. Lita has 5 shots (4 on goal) but none found the back of the net.

Lita's in-form run might be coming to an end considering preferred striker Kevin Doyle is close to coming back from injury. Consider a switch for next weekend if Doyle is fit.

Ashley Young - Aston Villa - F

Prized signing Ashley Young picked up a yellow card in Aston Villa's 2-0 loss at Reading.

Young is still a fantasy superstar. He's value has even picked up since joining Villa from Watford in January. Hold on to Young, especially if you've have still have him at a cheap price.

Steve Sidwell - Reading - M

Reading captain Steve Sidwell bagged a brace to lead the Royals past Aston Villa in the early game Saturday.

Sidwell has refused to sign another contract with overachieving Reading. Several Premier League teams have shown interest in signing the midfielder.

Momo Sissoko - Liverpool - M

Manager Rafa Benitez says injured midfielder Mo Sissoko could make a shock return to the pitch on the trip to Newcastle.

Sissoko has never been a great fantasy option but his defensive responsibilities could free up Steven Gerrard to pick up more points going forward.

Xabi Alanso - Liverpool - M

Midfielder Xabi Alanso is out for the Newcastle fixture due to suspension.

Alanso's been average as a fantasy option this year. Obviously, he's not an option at all this week.

Michael Carrick - Manchester United - M

Holding midfielder Michael Carrick is a slight doubt for the Charlton match at Old Trafford with a groin injury.

We'll see if Sir Alex wants to push it with since some of his staff have a few minor injuries. Sounds like Carrick will be fit to go, however, he's still not a great option at midfield.

Wayne Rooney - Manchester United - F

Wayne Rooney has recovered from a hip injury which forced him off against Spurs.

It looks like Rooney will form half the strike partnership. The question is whether Laarson or Saha takes the other spot.

Source - manutd.com

Cristiano Ronaldo - Manchester United - M

Ronaldo is suddenly an injury doubt for the Charlton match Saturday because of a "head cold", according to the United official website.

Our money says he plays. Certainly, there's little reason for Sir Alex to push it against Charlton but Ronaldo's been the engine for the United machine this season and we have a hard time believing he'd sit just with a head cold.

Leighton Baines - Wigan - D

English U-21 Leighton Baines has shaken off a calf injury and is expected to start Sunday against the Gunners.

Baines has been a moderately-priced, consistant option most of the year for Wigan. But given his recent injury and the tough competition, this might not be the week to pick him up.

Jens Lehmann - Arsenal - G

Lehmann is likely to be between the posts when high-flying Arsenal face strugglers Wigan Sunday.

Despite a plethora of injury problems in the back four for the Gunners, Lehmann is still a solid bet. Especially true when you factor in his price drop after a poor performance last week.

Tomasz Kuszczak - Manchester United - G

Kuszczak will start at Old Trafford Saturday against Charlton.

The Poland international is a great option for someone looking for a moderately priced keeper. Although, he won't be a long-term option.

Edwin van der Sar -- Manchester United -- G

van der Sar was not named to the provisional lineup ahead of United's home match to bottom-feeder Charlton.

An otherwise perfect match-up is ruined. Tomacz Kuszczak is a great short-term replacement for the price.
